Responsibilities

• Perform real estate valuations and economic feasibility calculations
• Support real estate project developments and architectural competitions
• Conduct location, market, and property analyses
• Perform research, on-site property assessments, and strategic concepts
• Contribute to the technical development and optimization of software solutions
• Assist in project administration, coordination, and the preparation of reports and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (from 4th semester onwards) or Master's in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Interest in economic issues, urban/project development, and sustainability
• Strategic and creative thinking with an affinity for numbers and data
• Precise, structured, and independent working style
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
