Real Estate Transaction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of real estate transactions, including lease renewals, renegotiations, site acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Develop financial models to compare workplace strategies and analyze total occupancy costs, rent, and capital expenditures.
• Manage external brokers and advisors to ensure optimal negotiation outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders, finance, legal, and project management teams to deliver data-driven real estate decisions.
• Oversee lease administration, ensuring documentation accuracy, critical date management, and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare business cases and funding requests with clear ROI and risk factor analysis for stakeholder approval.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate real estate, specifically working within a corporate organization as an end-user.
• Strong background in lease administration, lease audit, and financial reporting from both landlord and tenant perspectives.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management of projects, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
• Ability to develop governance materials, presentations, and documentation for senior stakeholder management.
• A College or University degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR).
• Extensive experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary real estate initiatives.
