Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and enhance client relationships
  • Organize, manage, deliver, and report on real property transaction activities
  • Manage, monitor, and direct field brokers to assure appropriate outcomes and deliverables
  • Respond to client and internal deadlines on time
  • Manage and use client technologies and Locate's proprietary software
  • Coordinate efforts with client management teams
  • Assure client policies and quality standards are met
  • Prepare and present oral/written presentations and strategic plans
  • Quantify and report on occupancy cost savings and value add to client
  • Prepare accurate project tracking reports, financial reports, and financial analyses
  • Rapidly adopt and apply new tools and AI-driven workflows

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, transaction management, or lease administration
  • Active real estate license
  • Background in negotiating real estate deal terms
  • Ability to operate in an AI-first, startup environment
  • Strong relationship and leadership skills
