Real Estate Transaction Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize estimations of existing real estate properties and secure the collection and signing of sales mandates
• Develop and structure the estimation and transaction service for ALTAREA group brands
• Manage and pilot resale files through direct handling, internal teams, or local partners
• Enhance the transaction section of the ALTAREA Gestion Immobilière website, including online estimation tools and customer journeys
• Manage relationships with delegating partners and notaries
• Monitor fee retrocessions, sales bonuses, and contribute to activity reporting
• Participate in transverse missions across the ALTAREA group

Requirements

• Higher education in real estate, commerce, or management (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
• Confirmed professional experience in real estate transactions
• Solid experience in the sale of existing properties and real estate estimation
• Proven experience in B2C and B2B client relations
• Ability to work in demanding, transverse environments
• Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, and commercial drive
