Real Estate Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Elaborate technical feasibility studies for real estate construction projects
• Conduct on-site supervision and verification of construction progress
• Provide technical opinions regarding land, buildings, and constructions
• Present feasibility studies to Credit Committees
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients, real estate developers, and industry chambers
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and construction scheduling
• Ensure compliance with urban development regulations and legal construction frameworks

Requirements

• Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a construction supervisor or in a similar role
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, tables, and charts)
• Willingness to travel by road or air
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction management
• Knowledge of real estate investment project evaluation and real estate valuation
• Understanding of real estate markets and financing schemes
• English language proficiency
