Real Estate Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support real estate portfolio optimization strategies, including master planning, campus strategy, and cost optimization.
• Assess and design Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management (FM), and workplace operating models.
• Deliver consulting services for CRE and FM outsourcing/insourcing and technology platform advisory.
• Enhance business processes across the real estate lifecycle, including transaction and space management.
• Design and implement workplace strategies, including digital workplace technology and workforce mobility programs.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses, presentations, and project management artifacts to support client decision-making.
• Collaborate across engagement teams to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of relevant consulting experience or experience in an internal role at a large corporate real estate organization.
• Experience with real estate portfolio optimization, master planning, or restructuring.
• Experience in at least two domains: CRE operations, operating model design, outsourcing, workplace strategy, digital workplace, or smart buildings.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience developing workplace strategy deliverables, such as change management and communication plans.
• Experience applying change management concepts within a corporate real estate environment.
• Experience with integrated workplace technologies, IWMS, or smart building ecosystems.
• Experience using analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes.
