Real Estate & Smart Building Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support real estate actors in redesigning strategies, transforming operational models, and designing new digital offerings.
• Define and pilot operational performance strategies for property portfolios using tools such as IWMS, EMS, data lakes, and Power BI.
• Orchestrate the digital transformation of flagship sites by combining workplace experience excellence with Smart Building ambitions (BOS, IoT, etc.).
• Manage all project stages, from strategic analysis and scoping to workshop facilitation and change management.
• Contribute to the firm's internal growth through innovation, publishing industry studies, and participating in thematic working groups like the Smart Building Alliance.

Requirements

• Engineering or Business school degree from a top-tier institution.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience, specifically working with stakeholders in the Real Estate or Construction value chain.
• Proven track record in managing digital transformation projects related to Smart Building, data, or AI.
• Strong sector expertise in real estate, workplace environments, and Smart Building technologies.
• Proficiency in both French and English within a professional business context.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
