Real Estate & Smart Building Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, respecting deadlines, and managing budget consumption.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with middle and top management clients.
• Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities and lead the development of commercial proposals.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teams of consultants, fostering their professional skill development.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership by overseeing the production of white papers, sector studies, and blog articles.
• Support the digital and AI transformation of real estate assets, focusing on smart building technology, data exploitation, and energy transition.

Requirements

• Degree from a top-tier Engineering or Business school.
• At least 6 years of experience in management consulting.
• Proven expertise in Real Estate, Workplace environments, and Smart Building technologies.
• Strong knowledge of digital and data solutions, including IoT, IWMS, EMS, and data lakes.
• Fluency in both French and English in a professional context.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
