Real Estate & Smart Building Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support real estate actors in redesigning strategies, transforming operational models, and designing new digital offerings.
• Define and pilot operational performance strategies for real estate portfolios using tools like IWMS, EMS, data lakes, and Power BI.
• Orchestrate the digital transformation of iconic sites by combining workplace experience excellence with Smart Building ambitions (BOS, IoT).
• Manage all project stages, from strategic analysis and scoping to workshop facilitation and change management.
• Contribute to the firm's internal life through innovation, producing industry studies, and participating in working groups like the Smart Building Alliance.
• Support business development and the firm's overall growth and visibility.

Requirements

• Graduate degree from a top-tier engineering or business school.
• Proven experience in consulting for the real estate and construction value chain or large corporations.
• Expertise in Smart Building, IoT, and digital transformation projects (Data, AI).
• Strong sector knowledge in real estate, workplace environments, and CSR (RSE) issues.
• Fluency in both French and English in a professional context.
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
