Real Estate Services Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the digitalization and maintenance of the Group's real estate portfolio, covering approximately 200 sites worldwide.
• Collect and integrate documentation into the Group's software systems.
• Maintain and update the inventory of real estate sites, including master data, leases, and property titles.
• Assist in the operational management of site entries and exits within the portfolio.
• Support lease management by tracking expiration alerts and verifying indexation updates.
• Maintain internal and external databases, including managing user rights and providing first-level support.
• Perform administrative follow-ups for commercial, professional, and residential leases.
• Assist with rent reviews, service charge analysis, and invoice verification.
• Contribute to regulatory monitoring and site compliance projects.
• Support real estate maintenance and renovation projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in Real Estate, Real Estate Law, or Property Management (e.g., BTS, Bachelor, or Master's degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Mandatory proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills and high level of rigor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Interest in real estate digitalization and process improvement.
