About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive direct and indirect sales through brokers and agents
- Ensure consistent achievement or exceeding of sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage networks and channel partners
- Lead partner onboarding, training, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams for successful project launches
- Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings
- Manage key client accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver sales targets
- Strong existing network of agents and brokers across the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Fluency in English
