Real Estate Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead communication with customers and prospects throughout all sales phases
• Create sales exposés and marketing materials; manage listings on real estate portals
• Drive sales performance using KPIs: conversion rates, lead cycles, closing rates, time-to-close
• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers nationwide
• Plan and organize the entire sales process including handover from administration
• Plan and coordinate property modernization measures including budget management
• Research market data and trends to develop sound sales strategies

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in real estate, ideally B2C
• Solid real estate knowledge and market understanding
• Self-directed and data-driven working style with strong prioritization
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Data-driven approach with clear focus on KPIs, conversion, and CRM discipline
• Passion for customer experience and making processes easy and human
