Requirements
- Active and valid Real Estate Sales Agent license in the state of Florida
- Previous successful experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial real estate
- Proven ability to work on-site in the Miami market
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
- Comfort with commercial real estate financial metrics including Cap Rates and ROI
- Proficiency with real estate software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
