Responsibilities

• Develop and animate networks of banking and non-banking prescribers (real estate agencies, brokers)
• Prospect and build loyalty with potential prescribers in the assigned geographic sector
• Organize information and training meetings on real estate products and taxation
• Manage B2C leads and organize client appointments
• Present real estate products adapted to clients' patrimonial situations
• Elaborate sales simulations and personalized financing plans
• Ensure administrative and commercial follow-up from reservation to notary signature
• Achieve commercial objectives and optimize sector profitability

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years minimum experience in patrimonial investment, residential real estate, or brokerage
• Expertise in B2B and B2C sales
• Knowledge of real estate taxation (bare and furnished)
• Mastery of VEFA sales for primary residences
• Knowledge of real estate financing (PTZ)
• Proficiency in Pack Office and Top Invest
• Knowledge of the Marne (51) geographic sector is a plus
