About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review lease and purchase agreements and conduct abstracts
  • Coordinate with the legal team on drafting and execution of agreements
  • Coordinate lease information with Corporate AP and Lease Administration
  • Track key dates and compliance obligations under lease and purchase agreements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or Paralegal Studies
  • At least 2 years of relatable project management experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and people skills
  • Ability to adapt to new processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification
