About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, administer, and supervise the creation of mechanical guides for all Chedraui store formats to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of mechanical guides throughout the construction process.
- Plan, develop, and control special finish projects and interior design for remodeling and new store formats (Selecto, AB, and ADB).
- Ensure all documentation for interior design and special finishes is correctly issued and received by the Construction Directorate and relevant departments.
- Manage and implement special projects and design requirements for both new constructions and renovations.
Requirements
- Degree (Licenciatura Titulado) in Exact Sciences.
- 8 years of advanced experience in Architecture.
- 8 years of advanced experience in Construction Management.
- 8 years of advanced experience with construction materials and machinery.
- 8 years of experience with construction regulations and norms.
- 8 years of proficiency in Design Software.
- 8 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
