About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing
- Draft real estate forms, letters, and closing documents under attorney supervision
- Manage portfolios of assets and multiple simultaneous transactions
- Perform entity formation, Secretary of State filings, and prepare resolutions and certificates
- Review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence materials
- Utilize project management tools including checklists and organizational charts
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Experience in purchase and sale, finance, and leasing
- Proficiency in entity formation and Secretary of State filings
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
