About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing
  • Draft real estate forms, letters, and closing documents under attorney supervision
  • Manage portfolios of assets and multiple simultaneous transactions
  • Perform entity formation, Secretary of State filings, and prepare resolutions and certificates
  • Review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence materials
  • Utilize project management tools including checklists and organizational charts

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience in purchase and sale, finance, and leasing
  • Proficiency in entity formation and Secretary of State filings
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
