Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion strategy and portfolio optimization for restaurants in Mexico
• Analyze markets and detect expansion opportunities within the assigned territory
• Evaluate strategic locations through feasibility studies, sales projections, and competitor analysis
• Lead negotiation processes with developers, owners, and brokers
• Manage the project pipeline from site identification to restaurant opening
• Coordinate with construction, operations, and legal teams to ensure project execution
• Obtain permits and manage relationships with authorities and key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, shopping centers, and strategic partners
• Ensure the profitability and sustainability of the property portfolio

Requirements

• University degree in related fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial, real estate, or expansion roles
• Solid experience in negotiation and project development
• Knowledge of the real estate and/or retail market
• Advanced English level
