Real Estate Manager - Sustainable Building Referent

Responsibilities

• Conduct SBR assessments for a diverse portfolio of over 50 annual projects, including industrial, logistics, and office spaces
• Provide technical recommendations to CapEx Multi-Functional Teams to optimize sustainability, cost, and operational efficiency
• Support project teams from initial design through delivery to ensure adherence to SBR methodology
• Coordinate with internal Service Lines, Corporate Sustainability teams, and external partners such as design offices and brokers
• Manage the performance and deliverables of external SBR consulting firms
• Create synthetic views and benchmarks to facilitate the sharing of best practices across the company
• Propose and implement process improvements and deliver KPIs to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's or engineering degree in construction, real estate, environmental sciences, sustainability, or architecture
• Solid experience in project or programme management, transformation initiatives, or large-scale real estate developments
• Strong literacy in international building labels such as BREEAM, LEED, HQE, or DGNB
• German and English language skills at a negotiation level
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical, autonomous approach to decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and/or Spanish as secondary languages
• Experience working within transnational, multi-functional environments
