Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and execute valuable real estate and partnership deals to secure long-term competitive advantage
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute the company's real estate acquisition strategy
• Conduct site visits to establish the viability and economic potential of future charging locations
• Manage top-of-the-funnel screening, analysis, and documentation of potential new sites
• Lead commercial negotiations relating to site acquisition
• Build relationships with key real estate owners, developers, and corporate entities for infrastructure colocation
• Work with internal teams and external resources to complete due diligence on potential sites

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail site selection, infrastructure development, or related fields
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Highly driven, persistent, and organized with a process-driven work style
• Ability to travel frequently within the region and potentially other regions as required
• Must be based in Washington, D.C.
