About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the day-to-day management of client issues
- Conduct technical legal research
- Assist in performing due diligence and preparing audit reports
- Support lawyers in preparing closings and participating in transactions related to acquisitions, financing, and asset management
- Draft legal notes, memos, contracts, and reports
- Monitor legislative changes in relevant fields such as corporate, civil, and real estate law
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law or Real Estate Law
- Pre-CAPA training, Business School, or Grandes Écoles background
- Fluent legal English (both written and oral)
- Strong theoretical and practical legal knowledge demonstrated through previous internships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- High level of rigor and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience studying abroad (LL.M. or MBA)
