About the Company

Our portfolio includes commercial properties, residential buildings, and other investment objects across Finland, covering everything from investment and development to construction, leasing, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall real estate legal aspects of the business
• Act as a legal support in various projects, transactions, and decision-making processes
• Handle legal matters related to real estate transactions, financing, development, construction, and leasing
• Manage contract and liability-related legal frameworks
• Collaborate closely with experts in portfolio management, leasing, construction, and maintenance
• Participate in the real estate business management team's work and strategic discussions

Requirements

• Master of Laws degree (OTM/OTK)
• Several years of experience in real estate law
• Background in real estate investment, development, construction, or a specialized law firm
• Ability to work independently on complex business issues
• Strong ability to balance legal risk management with business objectives
• Collaborative and approachable communication style

• Experience in supporting high-level business decision-making
• Proactive approach to identifying legal needs within the business operations
