Real Estate Law Intern

Responsibilities

• Participation in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, renewals, amendments, and settlement protocols
• Participation in drafting and negotiating sale and acquisition deeds
• Support in monitoring real estate pre-litigation and litigation
• Management and updating of the Legisway database
• Providing advice and support to the real estate department regarding real estate law, commercial lease law, and landlord relations
• Drafting legal notes and conducting legal monitoring in real estate and commercial lease law

Requirements

• Law student (PPI internship) specializing in real estate law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in legal databases
• Strong writing skills
• Rigor and a desire to learn
