Real Estate & Land Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site origination through strategic land acquisition processes
• Establish initial infrastructure conditions including power, telecommunications, water, and permitting
• Resolve key real estate and infrastructure risks at the early stages of data center development
• Facilitate a smooth transition for the development team from acquisition to execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of land acquisition and development experience at a real estate developer
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing land acquisitions for commercial or industrial projects
• Experience engaging with government authorities and managing permitting-related discussions
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in data center land acquisition or development
• Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent (Takken)
