Real Estate Fall Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect real estate market information and maintain research databases
• Stay current with new listings and sales transactions in Canada
• Review and summarize property leases and other legal documentation
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums, presentations, and other advisory documents
• Prepare financial analyses and property valuation models
• Complete various general administrative duties as required

Requirements

• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in a real estate, finance, accounting, or economics program
• Expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage competing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in the real estate industry
