Real Estate & Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational and administrative aspects of physical locations, including the headquarters and various Truck Centers.
• Establish and monitor a structured maintenance system covering short-term, preventive, and periodic inspections.
• Select and manage external service providers and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety compliance.
• Act as a project manager for real estate projects and renovations, coordinating them from inception to completion.
• Manage lease agreements and maintain accurate records in the tenancy register.
• Negotiate with landlords regarding maintenance, repairs, and associated costs.
• Maintain and update technical building information, including plans and technical installations.
• Report monthly on energy consumption, technical issues, and inspection statuses.
• Identify and implement improvements in facility services with a strong focus on safety and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Real Estate, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property or facility management, preferably in an industrial or automotive setting.
• Strong affinity with technical installations and building management.
• Highly structured approach with strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality.
