Real Estate & Expansion Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively search for new commercial retail properties and opportunities
• Build and maintain a network of brokers, developers, and landlords
• Negotiate lease agreements and optimize existing lease terms
• Manage expansion, relocation, and renovation projects from A to Z
• Perform investment analyses and support go/no-go decisions
• Monitor budgets, timing, and commercial conditions
• Manage and optimize the existing store portfolio
• Contribute to the realization of annual expansion targets

Requirements

• Experience in retail real estate, leasing, project development, property, or facility management
• Strong commercial and result-oriented mindset
• Persuasive negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
• Analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Good foundation in French
