About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform real estate diagnostics and sampling on construction sites
- Conduct geometric surveys, site inspections, and documentary studies
- Define sampling strategies and manage sample delivery to laboratories
- Draft technical reports and recommend corrective actions
- Collect DPE (Energy Performance Certificate) documents and generate reports using certified software
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures
- Maintain client relationships and identify commercial opportunities
Requirements
- Bac+2 degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical building training
- Mandatory certifications: Amiante (Asbestos), DPE (Energy Performance), and Plomb (Lead)
- Possession of SS4 authorization
- Knowledge of current building regulations
- Proficiency in report entry tools
- Autonomous and rigorous with strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PEMD certification is a plus
- Previous professional experience in building techniques
