About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform real estate diagnostics and sampling on construction sites
- Conduct geometric surveys, site inspections, and documentation studies
- Define sampling strategies and manage sample delivery to laboratories
- Draft technical reports and recommend corrective actions
- Collect DPE documentation and generate reports using certified software
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures
- Maintain client relationships and identify commercial opportunities
Requirements
- Bac+2 degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical building training
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in building techniques
- Mandatory certifications: Amiante (Asbestos) and DPE
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Knowledge of current building regulations and report-writing tools
- Autonomous, rigorous, and strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Maritime (navire) or industrial professional titles
