About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform real estate diagnostics and sampling on construction sites
- Conduct geometric surveys, site inspections, and documentation studies
- Define sampling strategies and manage sample delivery to laboratories
- Draft technical reports and recommend corrective actions
- Collect DPE documents and generate reports using certified software
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures
- Maintain client relationships and identify commercial opportunities
Requirements
- Bac+2 in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical building training
- Mandatory certifications: Amiante, DPE, and Plomb
- SS4 authorization
- Knowledge of current building regulations
- Proficiency in report entry tools
- Autonomous and rigorous work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- PEMD certification is a plus
- Previous professional experience in building techniques
