Real Estate Developer

Responsibilities

• Customer responsibility for tenants with proactive follow-up
• Identify development opportunities for vacant areas to create value in the portfolio
• Contract management and negotiations
• Revenue and cost responsibility for the assigned portfolio
• Ensure tenant satisfaction
• Project follow-up

Requirements

• Experience in real estate development, commercial real estate, or customer/portfolio management
• Higher education in real estate, land-use planning, economics, construction, or similar
• Strong commercial understanding and experience with P&L responsibility
• Experience with contract work and negotiations
• Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Knowledge of the industrial sector is an advantage
