Real Estate Credit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend the best credit options tailored to each client's profile
• Analyze documentation provided by the service team to ensure compliance and information quality
• Input and submit data and documents into various financial institution platforms
• Maintain updated processes in internal systems and provide technical support to the service team
• Monitor the client journey within banks to ensure fluidity and follow up with BPOs or representatives
• Perform credit defenses or legal analysis appeals when necessary
• Ensure correct payments are made to all involved parties at the end of the process

Requirements

• Higher education degree (completed or in progress)
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate credit
• Knowledge of credit platforms for Itaú, Santander, Bradesco, and/or Caixa Econômica Federal
• Mastery of FGTS rules applicable to real estate financing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on results

Preferred Qualifications

• CA-300 or CA-600 certification
• Knowledge of LGPD (General Data Protection Law)
• Knowledge of PLDFT (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing of Proceeds)
