Real Estate Construction/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure design and construction projects for electronics R&D labs and high-tech environments.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, relationships, and expectations across the global portfolio.
• Prepare and maintain master project budgets, timelines, and ROM level project estimates.
• Oversee the selection, contracting, and management of consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress through site visits, procurement tracking, and weekly report reviews.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, building codes, safety regulations, and local permitting processes.
• Review and approve requisitions, change orders, and invoices associated with project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Proven project or construction management experience within a high-tech environment.
• Direct experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• Deep knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and designs.
• Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
• Familiarity with AI-integrated process workflows.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
