Real Estate Capital Solutions Intern

Responsibilities

• Build financial and cash flow models for real estate assets and platforms
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and financing memoranda
• Support the execution of real estate focused capital markets transactions, including strategic advisory on acquisitions and divestitures
• Assist in debt advisory for large-scale financings and complex liability restructuring mandates
• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company analyses on real estate trends
• Work closely with legal, tax, and technical advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle

Requirements

• Outstanding academic record with a degree in accounting, economics, finance, or real estate
• Previous internship experience within real estate investment, debt advisory, M&A, private equity, or restructuring
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, particularly for cash flow modelling
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in and/or a demonstrated interest in the real estate sector
• International experience
• Ability to work cooperatively in a rapidly changing, demanding, and rewarding environment
