About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to Office Services brokers
- Create BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, and tour books using Adobe InDesign
- Maintain and update print-ready marketing collateral and online listing content
- Manage transaction documents, oversee file management, and enter closed deals for invoicing
- Complete lease proposal comparisons in both Excel and InDesign formats
- Create eblasts and social media posts to support brokerage activities
- Manage broker bios, submit expense reimbursements, and schedule team or client meetings
- Prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines for multiple stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-3 years of administrative and/or marketing support experience within the commercial real estate industry
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
