About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee team transactions by tracking critical dates and updating clients and colleagues
- Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
- Create and format proposals and presentations in collaboration with the marketing team
- Process executed lease and amendment paperwork, including creating vouchers and collecting documentation
- Manage tenant/property e-blasts, market surveys, and tour books
- Schedule tenant tours and participate in client meetings and industry networking events
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Commercial real estate experience is considered an asset
