About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee team transactions by tracking critical dates and updating clients and colleagues
  • Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
  • Create and format proposals and presentations in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Process executed lease and amendment paperwork, including creating vouchers and collecting documentation
  • Manage tenant/property e-blasts, market surveys, and tour books
  • Schedule tenant tours and participate in client meetings and industry networking events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Commercial real estate experience is considered an asset
