Responsibilities

• Participate in the 'Class of SkandiaMäklarna' training program conducted remotely with Högskolan Väst
• Complete practical training (internship) at the local office
• Work towards obtaining official real estate broker registration and degree
• Represent SkandiaMäklarna with a focus on sales, trust, and service quality

Requirements

• Natural and documented talent for sales and building trust
• Strong focus on service and quality
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and goal orientation
• Ability to work structured and manage intensive studies alongside work and internship
• Good planning skills and effective study techniques
• Preferably locally anchored in the Skaraborg area or planning to move there

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
