Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 18-month real estate broker training program via FEI
• Participate in internal training, coaching, and teambuilding sessions
• Work towards becoming a fully qualified real estate broker
• Prepare to take responsibility for deals and market presence upon completion

Requirements

• Documented business talent and commercial understanding
• Strong ability to build trust and focus on service and quality
• High level of drive, responsibility, and ambition
• Willingness to self-finance the broker education via FEI
• Ability to work while studying (the program is primarily distance-based)
• Personal qualities and mindset are prioritized over traditional academic backgrounds
