Real Estate Associate

Responsibilities

• Advise clients from inception to closing on commercial real estate matters
• Manage title, survey, and other customary due diligence matters
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower financing of commercial properties
• Execute single asset and portfolio transactions involving various capital stack structures
• Support leasing, development, joint-ventures, and renewable energy transactions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower financing
• Experience with leasing, development, joint-ventures, and renewable energy transactions
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Admission to the TX State Bar or ability to waive into the TX State Bar
