Real Estate and Incident Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on all reported incidents from the reporting desk to ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise scheduled maintenance works in the field through inspection visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with maintenance companies and contractors to monitor progress and performance.
• Manage scheduled interventions to ensure they do not interfere with customer service hours by coordinating with branch staff.
• Respond to critical incidents such as electrical failures, leaks, or structural defects by activating immediate response protocols and coordinating with specialized providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electromechanical engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience handling critical incidents including electrical failures, leaks, or structural issues.
• Experience supervising field maintenance and managing third-party contractors.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
