Real Estate and Incident Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on all reported incidents from the service desk to ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise scheduled maintenance work in the field through inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with branch service staff to schedule maintenance outside of business hours, ensuring no interference with customer service.
• Manage critical incidents such as electrical failures, leaks, or structural defects by activating immediate response protocols and coordinating with specialized providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electromechanical engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience handling critical incidents including electrical failures, leaks, or structural issues.
• Experience supervising maintenance companies and contractors through field inspections.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
