Real Estate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Source new properties, landlords, and local authority areas across Qatar
• Negotiate terms with property owners and landlords
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks
• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in the Qatar real estate sector
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams to support decision-making
• Maintain and update real estate databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
• Understanding of the commercial real estate market in Qatar
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Ability to work onsite in Doha, Qatar, five days a week
