Responsibilities

• Participate in the 'Class of SkandiaMäklarna' training program conducted remotely with Högskolan Väst
• Complete practical training and work at the Eskilstuna office
• Build trust and create sales opportunities within the local real estate market
• Work towards both individual and collective goals within a team environment

Requirements

• Natural and documented talent for sales and building trust
• Strong focus on service and quality
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and goal orientation
• Ability to work structured and manage intensive studies alongside work and practice
• Good planning skills and effective study techniques
• Preferably locally anchored in the Eskilstuna area or planning to move there
