Responsibilities

• Work part-time (minimum 20%) at the Kungsbacka office while studying
• Participate in practical training and internships as part of the Class of SkandiaMäklarna program
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide high-quality real estate services
• Work towards both individual and team goals within the local real estate market

Requirements

• Natural and documented talent for sales and building trust
• Strong focus on service and quality
• High level of self-drive, initiative, and goal orientation
• Ability to work structured and manage time effectively between studies and work
• Good planning skills and study techniques
• Preferably locally anchored in the Kungsbacka area or planning to move there

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
