Responsibilities

• Represent SkandiaMäklarna Altea in a professional and ethical manner
• Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Conduct property viewings and tours highlighting key features and benefits
• Negotiate sales transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the local real estate market
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties
• Manage property listings, including writing descriptions and taking photographs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian, English, and Spanish
• In-depth knowledge of the Altea real estate market
• Valid driver's license
• Real estate license in Spain is desirable
