Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties in Fuengirola
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role
• In-depth knowledge of the Fuengirola real estate market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Driver's license
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, French, Dutch, Belgian, or German
