Requirements

• Active and unrestricted California real estate license
• Located in the greater San Diego area
• Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 2+ closed transactions in the last 12 months
• Strong sales skills and ability to handle objections
• Analytical mindset and accountability to business metrics
• Ability to use technology effectively and learn new systems quickly
• Strong written and oral communication skills
