Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate marketing process from property acquisition to notary appointments
• Implement strategic marketing plans and conduct active acquisition within your sales territory
• Perform professional property valuations to determine market-appropriate pricing
• Guide property owners through the complete sales process with trust and transparency
• Advise and negotiate between buyers and sellers during sales transactions
• Accompany prospective buyers from initial contact and viewings through to the handover of keys
• Maintain continuous contact with clients to generate after-sales business

Requirements

• A strong passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently
• Strong customer focus and empathy to understand and meet client needs
• Previous real estate experience is welcome but not required; we welcome motivated career changers
