Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and leasing processes for residential or commercial properties
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Negotiate deals effectively to achieve high-performance targets
• Work closely with the Client Partnership and Marketing teams to promote listings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment (e.g., Real Estate, Recruitment, Luxury Retail, or Cabin Crew)
• Fluency in English
• Valid driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, resilient, and "can-do" attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and supportive environment
