Responsibilities

• Manage sales and leasing processes for residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Work closely with high-performing teams to meet and exceed sales targets
• Utilize company-generated leads to drive business growth and close deals
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership and Marketing teams to promote listings

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment (e.g., Real Estate, Recruitment, Car Sales) or luxury service industry
• Fluency in English
• Valid driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, resilient, and "can-do" attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
